Online Rostering has been developed to schedule personnel and aircraft, incorporating Work Practices controls (link to Work Practice Management)

Online Rostering shows personnel the planned vs actual duty period by integrating the Flight & Duty times to the Online Roster. Below are the strong capabilities of this module which will empower you to effectively manage your business and to achieve regulatory compliance:

• Ability to build your own duty types and allocate a specific Work Practice to respect Flight & Duty controls and task fatigue tolerance levels. Additionally you can incorporate annual & field level calculations and any allowances associated to the duty type.
• Ability to save and verify the roster 24*7 alerting management of actual and future controls approaching or may exceed.
• Efficiently manage personnel field & annual leave monthly totals
• Efficiently manage personnel allowance totals
• Efficiently manage personnel base transfers. Personnel are grouped by home base and are shown where they have been assigned to.
• Personnel can view their own base through the Home Page Schedule advising pilots their weekly roster.
• Through the Staff Leave module, approved leave is automatically shown on the roster.
