- The Flight & Duty Timesheet module integrates with Work Practice Management to define and monitor controls
- Where Flight & Duty controls are exceeded a Pilot Discretion Report is raised for the pilot to complete and lodge. The Chief Pilot will be alerted to the control being exceeded by specifying the type of alert to receive this by SMS, email or on his/her login page
- FAID® scores are generated from the Flight & Duty Timesheet and visible to ensure task fatigue tolerance levels are respected ‘
- 'What If’ functionality to view where you may exceed any work practice controls for future planning
- Alerting in view to clearly show any work practice controls which are either approaching or have exceeded
- UTC & local time functionality
- Each Pilot has their own login & password to keep data secure
- Rolling totals clearly shown and can easily be defined within the Work Practice Management module
- Online Rostering duty type periods are entered automatically once the Pilot is rostered on to keep data entry to a minimum Flight data is automatically entered into the Pilot’s log book per endorsement type and totals are kept up to date
- A Flight & Duty Summary is located on your Home Page. Personnel who have the access level can view their base or multiple base summaries 24/7
- Flight & Duty entries automatically show last conducted and next due Instrument Approaches, Landings and Instrument Hours in the last 90 days and year to date on your Home Page
